    We are seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst who will report to the Manager of Payroll within our Finance Department. This is a lead position in the NORAM payroll function, responsible for the entire pay cycle through completion of related tax and reporting requirements for select regions. As a senior member of the Payroll team, this individual would partner with our Finance and Human Resource groups, effecting change and completing special projects aligned with company-wide goals and objectives.

    • Expertise with completion and analysis of NORAM payroll, benefits, and tax procedures
    • Partnering with Human Resources, ensure the processing of new hires, temporary workers, transfers, promotions and terminations is completed accurately, timely and in compliance with best practices
    • Coordinate with Local Service Providers and regional staff regarding payroll data
    • Perform monthly/transactional SOX review to ensure payroll processes are compliant with established department controls
    • Respond to inquiries from both internal and external auditors
    • Assist with the implementation of a web based payroll platform for select entities
    • Ensure commissions, bonuses, and stock related entries are accurately recorded
    • Calculate and record additional statutory payments in a timely manner
    • Ensure the year-end processing and distribution of tax statements are handled timely and accurately for each country
    • Partnering with the Stock Plan Administration Team, approve payroll tax compliance for quarterly RSU lapse and daily exercise of Stock Options for all Global Stock Plan Participants.
    • As a member of the Payroll team, partner with IS and HR to ensure alignment with payroll system enhancements/upgrades
    • Lead, recommend and participate in department projects to continually review and improve current processes


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy and or CPP
    • 5+ years of experience in payroll processes, with an emphasis on NORAM payroll
    • ADP Workforce Now Reporting experience desired
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Microsoft Excel and report writing tools
    • Requires the ability to handle discretionary and confidential information.
