    Candidate is responsible for developing and executing a digital marketing strategic plan in China that builds awareness and growth of B2B customers, by leading and supporting a diverse range of traffic-driving, demand generation and customer engagement initiatives, including rich product content, social media, email, video etc. in coordination with the APAC Marketing team.


    In this role the candidate will be responsible for implementing creative approaches to digital marketing in addition to updating the Chinese website and WeChat with local specific content such as launch announcements, a listing of local events, local partner announcements, training and other content relevant to Chinese customers.


    In doing so, candidate will work closely with corporate teams including the corporate web design and development team, web marketing team, localization team and the product marketing teams, as well as the local China vendors to improve Chinese websites (including eLearning) quality, with the goal of increasing awareness and growing deep engagement with customers and users in China.


    Candidate will need to have skills for coordinating, monitoring and reporting for overall APAC regions digital programs.


    A successful candidate will be organized and programmatic in his/her approach, understanding the and campaign schedule, and proactively prepare updates to the Field and Global Marketing teams.



    • Provide a high quality, customer-centric China web marketing site, as well as China WeChat and eLearning with the goal of improving awareness and online presence, educating customers and increasing eLearning account sign ups in China.
    • Deliver localized service and campaign updates on the China web site in timely manner. Work closely with multiple stakeholders to achieve improvement of China web site.
    • Increase web traffic and improve conversion rate with increase sales inquiries from web form.
    • Create and manage an APAC calendar of regular digital program updates.
    • Support FMM in the execution of online program working with the systems and data that are the backbone of our database marketing efforts.
    • Maintain and build on the success of what we have already built in Eloqua, Salesforce and other platforms to deliver a large quantity of high-quality leads. Develop and maintain campaign reporting and lead funnel reporting that will be necessary to monitor and improve our conversion rates and ROI.
    • Assure high-quality data input, standardization
    • Work internally with FM/campaign managers to develop and execute reporting, along with insights for lead generation efforts.


    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, computer science or relevant field of study.
    • Proven experience in project management within a marketing discipline.
    • Excellent written Chinese language skills.
    • English skill, for reading and writing e-mails and documents, and having conference call with counterpart in HQ.
    • Experience writing and/or editing marketing content.
    • Experience with localization, or familiarity with localization process.
    • Proven experience with Website, SEO, Email, Blog, Community, Social Media, Web analytics tools.
    • Detail oriented (eg. able to review large volumes of content & catch even minor errors)
    • Customer focus (sincerely wants to improve customer experience)
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools, plus the ability to learn external or in-house tools quickly.
    • Proficiency with HTML.
    • Must provide examples of websites, emails and other marketing materials the candidate has personally created and managed.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.
    • Proven success managing time and juggling multiple projects in a high growth environment where priorities shift fast.
    • Skill to use BI tools, Eloqua, Adobe SiteCatalyst, and other digital marketing tools.

    • Knowledge about cloud computing market and technologies.
