    We are looking for a Principal Programmer Analyst who brings not only a solid track record of development using Salesforce Technologies but has intellectual curiosity and appetite for addressing challenging technical problems. The Principal programmer analyst works as a team member along with other developers, Systems Analysts, Business team members and Project Managers to deliver complete solutions for the customer.

    Responsibilities

    Your Impact

    • Ability to configure and develop salesforce applications, workflows and implement complex business process in salesforce
    • Proficient in writing APEX code and test classes
    • Manage multiple projects/priorities
    • Co-team with the Partners, Vendors, and Analyst teams to produce technical specifications for custom development and systems integrations
    • Produce detailed technical design documents to match the solution design specifications
    • Utilize development best practices and approaches
    • Gather, analyze and document technical requirements for new projects, enhancements to existing solutions and production issues reported by end users
    • Work with Analysts to help research production system issues, resolve user problems and escalate when necessary
    • Create and execute unit, integration and user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data
    • Support change control best practices, including management of multiple code/configuration streams, code/Configuration merging, and promoting changes to production

    Qualifications

    What You'll Need

    • 8+ years programming experience
      • 5+ years working within Salesforce environment
      • 3+ years of writing salesforce APEX code development
    • Strong knowledge and understanding of Web Service standards, concepts and practices
    • Experience building Salesforce lightning components
    • Proficient understanding and experience of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
    • Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, AJAX, and JSON data formats
    • Experience with .NET (C#), SharePoint, CMS, LMS tools a plus
    • Excellent problem-solving, strong analytical and investigative skills
