Work as a team to accomplish the goals and objectives of the Customer Support organization.


  1. Technical support
  • Work with customers on technical issues received via phone call, web chat and e-mail. Complete research and provide solutions to customers within defined period.
  • Achieve Support Operational Target and Business KPI like SLO / Customer satisfaction on quarterly and annual basis.
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently to customers and internal staffs.
  • Create the product solutions and Knowledge base articles for customer access via Support web site.
  • Participate with Product Beta testing and help to improve the product quality.
  1. Trainings Delivery
  • Deliver the product trainings at the office and customer site in Worldwide to meet the demand from customer.
  • Deliver the training by virtual and face to face.
  • Knowledge transfer for internal staff.
  1. Sales support
  • Provide necessary Sales Support by Demonstrating Product functions, Demo and presentation.


  • BS / B Tech / BE in Chemical Engineering minimum. Master Degree or higher qualification is advantage.
  • Excellent communication in English language, customer relationship and troubleshooting skills are essential.
  • Knowledge and working of Process Modeling and Optimization using LP (Linear Programming) is Essential.
  • Knowledge about Refinery Scheduling Process and related tools are added advantage.
  • Experience in Teaching or training delivery is added advantage.
  • No restriction for business trip and the work place is Pune-India,
