1. Technical support

  • Work with customers on technical issues received via phone call, web chat and e-mail. Complete research and provide solutions to customers within defined period.
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently to customers and internal staffs.
  • Create the product solutions
  • Beta testing and help to improve the product quality.
  • Lead complicated problem solving across divisions and follow up until resolution.

2. Trainings

  • Deliver the product trainings at the office and customer site in Worldwide to meet the demand from customer.
  • Deliver consultative training to customers with industrial expertise
  • Knowledge transfer for internal staff.

3. Sales support

  • Support sales for closing by remote presentation and demonstration.
  • Collaborate with sales for deal closing (Health check visit, workshops, awareness session, etc.)

4. Team leader

  • Coaching skill for junior consultants
  • Manage complicated issues independently
  • Manage Pune Engineering team as team leader, maximizing team performance



  1. BS in Chemical Engineering mandatory.
  2. Excellent communication, customer relationship and troubleshooting skills.
  3. Process simulation and modeling experience (HYSYS or Aspen Plus) is mandatory.
  4. Process industrial knowledge. Refinery knowledges are preferred.
  5. Dynamic modeling, Heat Exchanger design, plant costing experiences are advantage.
  6. No restriction for business trip.
