Responsibilities

  • Providing “Technical Solutions” to Customers for Petroleum Supply chain solutions like Aspen PIMS, Aspen Petroleum scheduler and relevant products, through remote support like telephone, web ex and email
  • Maintaining “High quality of Support experience and KPI” to customers in terms of SLO, Customer satisfaction and Resolution
  • Delivering “Product Training” to customer on Aspen PIMS / Petroleum scheduler and Advanced Optimization Techniques
  • Updating course material for training delivery improvement
  • Demonstrating PIMS & PIMS AO and its features to customers for “Sales support” and new “Version Adoption”
  • Lead and mentor Junior consultants on Technical issues and Customer Support Process
  • Create and Publish “Knowledge Base Articles” on Planning and Scheduling solutions for Customer access through support web site
  • Participating with Product Testing and Working with Development team for Product defect and Enhancements.
  • Willing to Travel 40-50 % time and no restriction to travel local and Abroad for business needs

Qualifications

  • Candidate must be a Chemical engineering Graduate.  Master preferable.
  • Minimum 5 years of Experience is required using Aspen PIMS or Relevant LP software with Modeling experience
  • Experience in Refining Industry is preferable  
  • Multi lingual Capability
      • Excellent Communication Skills in English, with additional Language capability ( Korean [or] Japanese [or] Thai [or] Chinese)
  • Hands-on problem solving skills with a drive to deliver high quality work
  • Be able to work well in diverse teams composed of people with varied backgrounds
  • Demonstrated ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
