The Financial Planning and Analysis group is responsible for budgeting, forecasting and long term financial modeling and planning; periodic operational and financial reporting and analysis for all levels of the organization; business partnering with the C-suite and Board of Directors; and ad hoc analysis and reporting for a broad range of internal and external constituents.


This position will report to the VP of FP&A and will be responsible for leading the FP&A team to produce accurate and timely planning, analysis, and reporting to the organization.  They will be instrumental in increasing productivity through process improvement and building best in class reporting and analysis capabilities.


  • Ensure accurate and timely production of internal management reporting and analyses using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting & analytic software.  Reporting groups include:
  • Investor Relations
  • Board of Directors
  • Finance Leadership Team
  • CEO, CFO and Business Leadership
  • Ability to review and enhance current processes within a structured environment.
  • Develop and monitor key performance metrics including bookings, billings, revenue and spending, utilization, backlog, and pipeline. 
  • Responsible for rolling up forecast revenue and functional expense categories within Business Units. 
  • Responsible for providing timely reporting and analysis of financial results and performance metrics.
  • Direct, develop, review and set goals and objectives for FP&A team.
  • Special projects, as directed by the VP, Financial Planning & Analysis and CFO.  


  • 15+ years professional experience, including senior finance roles in software or technology company.
  • Oracle ERP and OBI experience a plus.
  • Experience in building and developing teams.
  • Knowledge of Software and Services Revenue Recognition Rules.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong expertise in office productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Business Objects, Hyperion, etc.).
  • Experience with the design or implementation of a new reporting platform a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business required
  • MBA preferred.
