The Field Marketing Manager for North America (NORAM) is responsible for planning and executing the company’s field marketing strategy for NORAM to generate and progress qualified leads supporting sales pipeline and revenue targets while building brand loyalty in the region. The position will manage the regional marketing activities from inception to completion including digital marketing, field seminars, webinars, tradeshows, executive forums, sponsorships, customer-relationship events, etc. The role will be essential in guiding regional program development, ensuring sales management is kept apprised of evolving marketing strategies and plans, and proactively driving alignment between the field and marketing. This role interacts with all levels of the organization as well as outside vendors.
