    Responsibilities

    Nature of Job:

    • Providing “Technical Solutions” to Customers for MES Solutions, through remote support telephone, web ex and email.
    • Maintaining “High quality of Support experience and KPI” to customers in terms of SLO, Customer satisfaction and Resolution.
    • Delivering “Product Training” to customer on InfoPlus-21 and other MES Suites of Products. Updating course material for training delivery improvement.
    • Providing “Consultative Services” to customers at site for Implementation & Onsite troubleshooting with a commitment to complete the task on schedule.
    • Demonstrating MES Solutions and its features to customers for “Sales support” and new “Version Adoption”.
    • Lead and mentor Junior consultants on Technical issues and Customer Support Process.
    • Create and Publish “Knowledge Base Articles” on MES Technology for Customer access through support web site.
    • Participating with Product Testing and Working with Development team for Product defect and Enhancements.

    Qualifications

    Requirements

    • Candidate must be a Chemical/Process engineering graduate. Master Degree is preferable.
    • Minimum 8 years of work experience where at least 5 years is required in MES (Manufacturing and Execution Systems) implementation, administration & maintenance in process industry.
    • Experience in implementation or maintenance of Advanced Process controllers is essential.
    • Experience in using Aspen APC products will be added advantage.
    • Excellent communication skills in English & Japanese, with good interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
    • Hands-on problem solving skills with a drive to deliver high quality work.
    • Be able to work well in diverse teams composed of people with varied backgrounds.
    • Demonstrated ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
    • Willing to travel 30-40 % time, both domestic and international.
