Reporting to the Tax Director, this individual is responsible for all aspects of international tax including, but not limited to:


  • Review all foreign tax provisions for US GAAP and local statutory GAAP reporting requirements;
  • Periodically review foreign operations and calculate any required uncertain tax positions;
  • Maintain and revise as necessary SOX compliant policies and procedures for the preparation of the foreign tax provisions according to ASC 740;
  • Coordinate any global and local country transfer pricing studies;
  • Implement policies and procedures to ensure transfer pricing is calculated and accounted for accurately;
  • Manage the international tax calendar and manage all foreign tax compliance;
  • Manage foreign tax audits;
  • Manage worldwide local service provider budget and tax relationships;
  • Calculate foreign tax credits under IRC Section 901 and 902;
  • Calculate Subpart F and IRC Section 956 inclusions, Earnings & Profits and tax pools;
  • Monitor intercompany balances for tax exposure;
  • Assist in foreign dividend planning;
  • Monitor permanent establishment (PE) exposures;
  • Undertake special projects, including tax due diligence relating to potential acquisitions and internal reorganizations;
  • Research withholding tax ramifications on customer contracts;
  • Involvement in global equity and expat issues.


  • Master's in Taxation or CPA.
  • 8 years of U.S. Federal and international corporate tax experience, either in-house with U.S. multinational corporations or in public accounting, preferably Big Four.
  • High degree of demonstrative technical competence in both tax compliance and accounting under ASC740.
  • Solid knowledge of US GAAP.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of US tax regulations as they pertain to foreign operations and transactions.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple complex assignments in a fast-pace environment.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, influencing and negotiation, and critical thinking.
  • Possess the curiosity and eagerness to learn new emerging technology and business trends and translating that into executable opportunities.
  • Proficient in use of MS Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook. 
  • Experience with Oracle preferred.
