    This key Marketing Operations position will be responsible for delivering new marketing strategy and managing marketing tactics that improve demand generation and awareness marketing results. Activities include, but are not limited to, project management, marketing planning, analytics, and campaign execution. This individual is expected to have mastered global B2B sales and marketing concepts, possess strong technical and project management skills, and demonstrate exceptional analytical, people, and communication skills.


    • Manage marketing projects that improve department results through infrastructure, measurement, and process improvements. 
    • Coordinate quarterly and yearly marketing planning activities. Confirm that tactical results align with strategic goals.
    • Analyze program performance and recommend new strategies to improve marketing results.
    •  Develop new lead management approaches that drive qualified leads to sales account managers.  


    • Bachelor's degree required with a concentration in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or similar desired. Marketing focused MBA also desired.
    • 5-8 years marketing operations background with specific experience in lead generation, marketing analytics, and campaign management required.
    • Experience with marketing automation systems such as Unica, Eloqua, Silverpop or similar required.
    • Customer data management and data quality experience strongly desired. SQL skills a plus.
    • Background analyzing marketing campaigns with business
      intelligence tools such as Oracle Business Intelligence, Business Objects, Cognos, SAS, or similar strongly desired. 
    • Global B2B sales and marketing program experience required. Sales
      CRM / SFA experience desired.
    • Leadership experience managing marketing teams strongly desired.
    • Results-oriented with the ability to execute tasks independently and with great attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent planning, time management and organization skills.
    • Ability to work and communicate effectively cross-functionally and cross-regionally.
