  • Overview

    Work as a team to accomplish the goals and objectives of the support organization and lead Japan and Korea team as team leader.


    1.Technical support

    • Work with customers on technical issues received via phone call, web chat and e-mail. Complete research and provide solutions to customers within defined period.
    • Communicate effectively and efficiently to customers and internal staffs.
    • Create the product solutions.
    • Beta testing and help to improve the product quality.

    2. Trainings

    • Deliver the product trainings at the office and customer site in Worldwide to meet the demand from customer.
    • Deliver consultative training to customers.
    • Deliver the training by virtual and face to face.
    • Knowledge transfer for internal staff.

    3. Sales support

    • Support sales closing by presentation and demonstration

    4. Team leader

    • Coaching skill for junior consultants
    • Manage complicated issues independently
    • Manage Japan and Korea team as team leader



    1. Mandatory for BS in Chemical Engineering mandatory.
    2. Excellent communication, customer relationship and troubleshooting skills.
    3. 3. Process simulation and modeling experience (HYSYS or Aspen Plus) is mandatory.
    4. Dynamic modeling, Heat Exchanger design experiences are advantage.
    5. Native Japanese and Business English communication skill are mandatory.
    6. Business Chinese or Korean are advantage.
    7. No restriction for business trip.
