  • Overview

    AspenTech is looking for an exceptional individual that will help contribute towards its growth. The ideal candidate should have some experience in the use of simulation software in order to provide technical support and training for our engineering products. The main product suite of focus will be Aspen Plus.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide technical support for AspenTech engineering products with a main focus on Aspen Plus.
    • Deliver training courses to AspenTech customers across the EMEA region (travel required)
    • Escalation (when required) to AspenTech's R&D to address customers issues in a timely manner.
    • Assist in the Beta testing of new software releases.
    • Creation of self-help solutions for publishing on AspenTech's Customer Support web site.
    • Assist in the development of training material.
    • Provide technical expertise to our Inside Sales(Telesales) team during presales engagements.

    Qualifications

    • Chemical Engineering Bachelor's Degree (or higher) is required.
    • Experience in the modelling of chemical processes.
    • Knowledge of any AspenTech Engineering Products is highly desirable.
    • Experience in the chemicals industry will be advantageous.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Fluent in English. Any additional major European language would be an advantage.
