  • Overview

    This position will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Company's Treasury Operations including day to day banking relationships, cash management, cash forecasting and compliance with financing agreements. Responsible for administering our corporate insurance programs. 


    User lead for all Treasury processes in Oracle, integration of Oracle with banking systems, and administrator of all banking platforms.



    • Oversee two Treasury Analysts
    • Weekly cash flow modeling and forecasting
    • Manage all of the company’s banking and insurance relatioships
    • Administer commercial bank accounts, including lockbox and controlled disbursement accounts: opening and closing accounts, maintaining accurate and updated information on all accounts
    • Administering all on-line banking systems
    • Tracking and processing of customer payments in foreign currencies, initiating, monitoring, and settling FX trades, and funding foreign subsidiaries
    • Provide guidance on debt instruments and credit agreements
    • Compliance with financing agreements
    • Treasury-related SOX compliance
    • Treasury policies and procedures
    • Letters of credit and guarantees
    • Renewal and administration of corporate insurance programs
    • Review and approval of insurance requirements in customer contracts
    • Reporting and analysis on all of the above


    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required
    • MBA preferred
    • 8+ years’ experience in Treasury with international exposure
    • Experienced in working in multinational banking platform environment
    • Acute attention to detail
    • Sincere interest in learning new aspects of finance and improving processes
    • Ability to work independently and effectively manage treasury staff
    • Success in working collaboratively with other groups and functions within the organization.
