  • Overview

    Participate in the activities required to analyze various key financial metrics for internal as well as external reporting requirements. The incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to, providing timely and accurate reporting & analysis. The role will have the opportunity to collaborate with members of Finance, Sales Operations, Information Systems, and Human Resources. This role reports to a Manager of FP&A and is part of a dynamic team that works in a fast-paced environment. This position is located in our Bedford, MA location.


    • Work with FP&A business partners to provide analysis and insight to key stakeholders, including company leadership
    • Construct analysis and presentations that condense complex topics into actionable information that is communicated effectively to the business
    • Build and generate analysis for executive dashboards from a variety of data sources, including: ERP system modules, Business Intelligence reporting system and Customer Relationship Management platform
    • Maintain software license contract database which includes adjusting deal valuations as appropriate
    • Participate in the activities required to process Worldwide Sales Incentive Program
    • Prepare analysis for sales management reporting
    • Collaborate with Treasury and Payroll for funding / payment of Worldwide Sales Incentive Compensation
    • Develop trend analysis for corporate growth metrics incorporated in quarterly financial earnings release
    • Create and continuously improve standard monthly reports
    • Ad hoc analytics and other duties, including special projects, as assigned


    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance or related discipline required
    • MS Office computer skills are required, specifically Excel (pivot tables) & PowerPoint
    • Ability to quickly extract, organize, and analyze financial data from a variety of sources and identify outliers
    • Solid analytical and quantitative skills
    • 0 to 2 years of experience; Recent graduates with financial and business courses will be considered
    • Able to handle multiple projects and priorities
    • Strong communication skills
    • Commitment to personal development and ability to grow into more senior finance roles
