    This position reports into the corporate Deal Management organization and will be responsible for Deal Management in the APAC region. This is a key role that will provide management of the processes and personnel for Sales Operations Coordinators and Proposal Specialists, as well as provide the analysis, prioritization and readiness of deals in the for the APAC region.


    The Manager, Deal Management (APAC) will support the APAC region team by performing operations analysis and business reporting for the region. This position reports to the corporate Director, Deal Management.


    Specific responsibilities include: 

    • Train, develop, motivate and coach the Sales Operations Analysts and Sales Coordinators in countries
    • Create and implement consistent process and procedure standards across the organization, while ensuring compliance with established standards and processes
    • Manage the sales administration and proposal administration functions
    • Develop and exercise best practices to reduce customer agreements having to be repeatedly submitted into the approval process due to errors and omissions (reduce churn).
    • Proactively review and manage the hygiene and accuracy of commercial agreements through the approval process to ensure they meet customer deliverable requirements
    • Establish regional prioritization of deals as they enter and go through the approval and release process


    • Bachelors' degree in business, finance required; MBA or CPA a plus
    • Minimum 7 years of experience in financial analysis and/or business analysis required.
    • 3-5 years of Sales Operations Management experience required.
    • Must be proficient in Excel.
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills; independent analysis problems and creative problem-resolution.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills, must be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization, including senior management 
    • Experience with a regional sales software MNC company is a plus.
    • Willing to roll-up-the-sleeves and do what it takes to meet deadlines and get the job done.
