    We are now seeking a position of Field Marketing Manager, the primary marketing support staff and has tactical responsibility for the execution of all digital marketing programs such as webinars, lead generation electronic direct mailers and conferences/ seminars.

    The key role of Field Marketing lies in supporting the company’s product and brand strategy through the delivery of global initiatives and regional sales programs across the industry verticals and target segments. The Field Marketing Manager will be required to work closely with the Regional Sales and Business Consulting teams, as well as with other regional marketing and the global corporate teams (i.e. Product Marketing, Corporate Programs, Corporate Communications, Marketing Communications etc). This position reports to the Asia Pacific Field Marketing Director.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and execute integrated field marketing programs which directly support the company's go-to-market strategy and sales initiatives.
    • Responsible for all digital programs execution such as webinars, lead generation electronic direct mailers, online community and seminars.
    • Manage individual Field Marketing project budgets and ensure the event meets marketing objectives set and ROI, and is best value for money.
    • Manage the process of qualifying and tracking leads and prospects generated from marketing activities in the sales/marketing database and disseminate leads to sales for follow-up.
    • Managing and increasing customer database.
    • Monitoring and managing marketing analytics leading to optimized program effectiveness and outreach.
    • Manage marketing material requirements including localization of corporate marketing collaterals shipping and inventory control of such material.
    • Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing and Product Marketing teams to ensure appropriateness of presentation content, look and feel.
    • Ensure that localized material conforms to an overall, consistent Aspentech brand image, messaging and positioning.
    • Track and measure program objectives and ROI, analyze effectiveness of the event, and make recommendations for improvement.
    • Negotiate contracts manage relationships with existing vendors and source new vendors as necessary.
    • Facilitate communication of field sales requirements back to Corporate Marketing and Product Marketing.
    • Where is appropriate, he/she will serve in a functionally-oriented region-wide role and may participate as part of the broader APAC Field Marketing team in support of marketing activities across the Asia Pacific region. 

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent.
    • At least 7 to 10 years of Communications/ Event Marketing experience in high tech software or related industry.
    • Excellent ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbal and written in English. This position is also expected to converse regularly in Chinese with customers in China.
    • Strong background in digital marketing and experience in social media marketing built on a firm foundation in marketing and communications fundamentals.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and is self-directed.
    • Proven ability to prioritize, plan, manage and execute multiple projects/ events simultaneously and deliver on-time.
    • Detailed knowledge of production processes and event management.
    • Ability to work effectively with all types of personalities and across cultures.
    • Has good working knowledge of Eloqua, Salesforce.com, Brainshark, Webex, etc. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • A strong team player and truly understands how to leverage teamwork to achieve bigger success beyond individual contributions.
